I had an extremely negative experience working at Edsom Fintech. Below are the key points that reflect my dissatisfaction: The Work Environment is highly toxic. there is a complete lack of respect for employees, & overall atmosphere is demotivating. Employee are expected to work on saturdays & often through the night. Despite Putting in extensive effort & long hours , there is no recognition for hardwork. Even After working diligently, employees are often criticized for their performance. Many employees are terminated without proper notice. this creates an atmosphere of job insecurity. The CEO lacks technical expertise & does not seem to understand the nuances of the industry or how to effectively manage a team. there is also lack of proper management across departments.
