I have worked at EdNet Consultants for a few years and I enjoyed my experience. I had the opportunity to work on different assignments which enhanced my learning experience. The MD really invested in my career growth. The MD is also very caring and treats each employee like a family member. For instance, when my parent got COVID, she arranged for doctors, COVID test and medications. She went above and beyond! No employer would do that. The team is also nice and supportive 10/10 recommend!...Read More

-Salary on time. -Festival Celebrations were superb at Ednet. Never ever seen such togetherness before among the teams and our boss who is the MD of the Company. -Our MD was so corporative whether it was professionally or personally.
-4 months of the peak periods from Oct to Jan but then 8 months of self-growth and learning. -The peak period can be challenging if proper plans are not made. So, time management is important

I have been working in EdNet for a while now and i have had an excellent experience. The HR policies are very clear and most importantly the environment to learn and excel is great. I came here as a marketing manager and now i have learned so much more, over and above the role i was hired for. the freedom to learn and grow is what i appreciate about EdNet.
Good Working environment but try to best more.

Nothing. Although your job is relatively secure, you won't want to keep working. Besides, if the boss knows about your private life, for instance she knws that u need the job, she'll use it against you and basically threaten you. Pros- you may get to work with a super amicable, understanding set of colleagues .. you get TWO SATURDAYS off in a month (when it's not the peak period) [pun super intended]...Read More
1. the biggest con is the boss/managing director of the company. she'll literally con you into joining her company picturing starry days and nights. she'll behave very well with you the first 2-3 months or until when the peak period lasts after which she'll show you her true, mean side, which has no bounds or emotions. 2. You're completely on your own once you join Training is very crucial for new joinees. the employer doesnt believe so. you'll be like "jumping in an ocean without knowing how to swim" -. Ive seen new employees sitting, staring at the computer screen because they didnt know what to do for weeks. they were given tonnes of work, just didnt know how it would be done. :D and thn they were yelled at fr not doing ther work 3. no basic amenities in the office. they stock up the inventory about 2-3 days after the things finish. they boast of having sanitizers in every room - that is NOT the case, cant stress enough. 4. no paid leaves. their contract and job postings say that they have paid leaves, but in essence they dont. its a big flex. 5. no perks. no perks, no bonus, no incentive (although whe might pitch it during your interview) 6. no work from home policy 7. the company's like a 20 yaar old startup - you dont have a singular job profile 8. the company has no macromanagement, only micromanagement 9. everyday morning meetings good luck. there will be 25% work talk... the boss will discuss your to do list and then disregard it and give you work that she wants you to do, futile absolutely futile 10. Professionalism = Hahahahahahahahaha 11. The only festival celebrated here is Diwali 12. No holiday on Christmas (horrible holiday policies) 13. There's no HR in the office and no meetings/discussions to address employees' grievances. Employees are just not treated well....Read More
