No government holidays were given, sunday work. No work hours keeping 11 to 12 shift from 8am reporting at campus to 7 or 7.30pm and then commute, also there is no good will allowance or overtime. Singles living in hostel can work here. Salary is basic GET level. Swiggy persons will get more salary and benefits. Women safety is nil in contract work in design and work load is somewhat less, impossible task timing and goals. Bait and switch tactics was used. No Job security. No one has enough knowledge for the their role to lead a team and in technical. This is not a product based company. Its just running by a guy who only aims for his money. Policies will be revised often for each individual for the company benefit.

This “consultancy” is only aiming about pay check from their clients by deputing people. They wont worry about the deputed people whether they alive or dead or got enough respect from client side or not, etc…. No technical forums / persons available here for resolving technical issues. I request to people pls don't join this organisation. There is no system and proper structure. They are not providing even required and basic things like form16, insurance for employees etc. You have to follow for everything like salaries, settlement amounts which is also not sure whether you are getting or not.
