Nothing to be honest. There is a lot of favouritism at leadership level (India Fulfilment Operations leadership). The attrition rate is very high (75%) in India team because of the worst leadership.

1. Favouritism 2. Unofficial Verbal promotion promises to get the work done and still underpaid. 3. Not valuing people and their time at all. 4. Level of work stress and dissatisfaction. 5. Autocratic and disrespectful India F.ops leadership. 6. Bad off-boarding experience 7. Lack of Growth and learning opportunities. FOps leadership is a joke. The Director even though talks about bias, is biased. Obnoxious promotions and what not. Trial and error team! Unnecessary stuff and politics which is more than the volume of work.

The company culture is extremely progressive and encourages real time feedback which is extremely rare to see in case of a growing start up which is witnessing a hockey stick growth!
