Variety of projects which demanded varied skillset

I worked in Kolkata branch. We hardly had the chance to interact with the senior management who operated from Mumbai. Credits of our work were often taken away by the studio co-ordinator and especially the regional head while the blames were put on the staffs working in the branch offices.

When lockdown started company owner(Mr. Ravi Sarang) gave some fake promises that we will not do remove any staff but suddenly they given one month and said due to Covid we are decreasing staff. I have no idea if they were thinking to do So then why Ravi sir have given such false speech .
