Company culture and good environment. There was a nice meeting room and good infrastructure of office appraisals are fair and bonus was nice.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and so much of work pressure.

It was interesting working up there. I learnt alot on the job. The training time was best.

I am surprise this company is really good and every month great contest offer for coded adviser and D.M and we work happily with Edelweiss Tokio Life insurance.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.and salary is low and other experience amount very lat. Which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally my work is agency requirement and develop tha agent responsible and after joints sales call with agent and objections handling trick. It will be a great quality requirement experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
