01. Salary on time. 02. CEO is good. 03. Provide snack in the evening

01. Management treats employees like ROBOT. 02. Management wants to employee to do work on Saturday and at Holiday as well. 03. Management wants to employee to attend meetings and do work beyond office hours. 04.If you do work on Saturday so neither company provides compensation off nor no extra salary. 05. People are very unprofessional and illiterate 06. Company does not take care of employee. 07. There is no standard facilities like self-insurance, family insurance. 08. HR is very unprofessional and rude person. 09. Before joining company asks to submit Marksheets of your School and Collage. 10. There is no balance and harmony between life and work 11. HR threats if you forget to punch in the morning. 12. Management says employees to fill very good review about the company on all portal. 13. New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
