When I joined principal was too good and I learnt many things in her guidance but after an year everything turned upside down

Likes

Work environment and culture is good . Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair enough and give very poor salary hike but no bonus. During lockdown , they are failed to provide salary

Opaque management. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Failed to pay during lockdown whereas asked worked on time

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
