They were not supportive at all. Laid off employees who worked day & night to increase the revenue of this company. Internal politics and unnecessary tasks will be assigned to deviate your from your work goals. I had high hopes from the management. A huge pool of people in HR team who are either puppets to Deepali Dev or wasting their time doing repetitive tasks. Overall zero growth. You will be surprised with the higher management's attitude. They are not professional at all. A bunch of self proclaimed seniors sabotaging the careers of thousands & thousands of youth. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a Covid -19. Which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hast and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is no job security in this company! I remember how company dismiss his employee when they done his work or contract Many employees are forced to resign, that too without any pre-fund.
