As per my past experiences, this is the best company I have ever worked for. This is what you get here: - Work-life balance. - Unlimited sick leave. - 22-24 Annual leave and you are encouraged to take it. If you are all up to date with your work and you don't have any deadline coming up, then you can even get A month off. - We didn' t get it this Year but we get summer Fridays. i.e. 4 day work week throughout the month of August. - People will apologise to you if they have to schedule a meeting after or before your work hours. Everybody is very concerned about your well being here. So very less off hours call. - Remote first job, few profile are given remote first opportunity so that's amazing. - Great managers, here close deadlines are very rare because managers actually know how to manage work and their team. They are very polite and always on their toes to make sure everybody in their team is loving what they do. - Focus on mental health, there are often seminars about keeping a healthy mental state and manging stress. We all get well-being days, which means more day off. - Not just managers, but colleagues are also very mindful about each other time. - Over all very positive....Read More

Dislikes

- Appraisals are not good. - Never got 100% bonus. - Your Appraisal is based on your department's performance. So that sucks sometimes, As I work really hard and always give perfect results and yet not getting good appraisal feels bad. - No/rare opportunity to travel. I have seen only v ery few have gotten chance to go out off country on a work trip. I hope this opportunity is provided more often and to all of the people....Read More
