There are some great basic facility for women employees like day care for babies.

Leadership is pathetic, uncultured and not clear on their thoughts and strategy. Training is just a tick mark activity in organization. They are not employee oriented or even customer oriented. All they do is change their strategy every now and then, deduct salaries of ground force, retrench employee and hire whenever they feel like and keep partying at this cost.

Top management listens to people who used to give floor news to others, even if someone was right, he would prove the right to be wrong No, there is promotion at the right time and do not make an increase, if you talk to HR, then talk to your manager, the manager does not answer any answer, then puts it in the PIP
