The benefits and the compensation is good.

An absolute misogynistic management (especially SAM Team) where women are offered to work, however, their is no growth; there is no appreciation, the management only promotes very few women. Women are basically treated like "She is working and getting paid. What else does she want?" This is feedback is exclusive to Atlantis office in Ahmedabad as I'm totally unaware of how the work culture is at Mumbai and Westborough. It's my first job and so I feel good start with this kind of organisation where the work-life balance good and team members are good or team are helpful

While working from home most of the we have to extend more then 1 hour which is noy payable or sometimes there is lots of work due we can't take break or have luch And completely night shift

Most of the people need to work in us shift which may cause some health issues in longer time -no flexible hours to work and when in day light saving time you may have some difficulties

the work it self was very promising and loved to do my job overall with other co-worker and having that strong bond

Mangment is very poor even being fully aware about the work situation and condition about a task still mangment troubles with number and seek for and explanation from the employee as i said even they are full aware follwiing will not be or can not be done for now or until somthing is full filled still mangment will harss about that task scold make you feel use less and not worthy I would alos like to highlight when was facing this i reported this to POC however things got worse speacially for me later when i put in resgination letter they did not bother to ask me reason or reached out to me anyway to be helpfull things got so bad i had to abscond in my notifce period however then too no one reached out to me and jsut simple E-mailed me after 10 of realving me from my duites there are other storiees out there but i doubt due not job/money need they will not open up...Read More

Lots of micro management. Lots of favortism, leaders themselves bully team members and try to suppress team members voice, growth and abilities to perform. Team leader treats you like a slave and regularly force you to work after hours justifying it as tight deadlines instead of their poor planning. When employees do their work diligently no one cares and they make one small mistake and hell breaks out on them as if they committed huge crimes. Leaders makes you feel worthless. Employees are not allowed to work independently and they always are on mercy of leaders mood. Leader also threatens you that nothing will happen even if you complain to higher level.
