It's tremendous pressure on employee because of process flaws there is no definite process for things. And because of that the pressure comes on employee. Overtime or working late is common practice and encouraged by company.

in starting you will get to learn lot of things but later the work process will kill all your skills.If you are in support (Ahmedabad) then you would have to stay late and keep all your cases updated. For development it's a good place. for support and other teams it's not good and QA is not provided any tools to test. Key account manager profile is good People are biased and I personally have experienced it and this is the only reason of mine to leave the organization. You can easily get leaves here. workload. biased leads if you are in support then work process will give you tension. team lead give ELS in every little mistake of your just to save themselves. you Lost your skills and then you cannot apply anywhere else.

support profile's job is very hectic and I do not see a stable life as well.yiu have to stay back always. Strategic account manager is best out of all.
