Working at EClinicalWorks gives you sense of security of job and pay. We did not face any pay cuts or job cuts during pandemic. All bonuses, allowances, salary and Diwali bonus too was rolled out in time. Our appraisal process too was not affected and all employees did receive on time appraisal (hike in salary) based on work anniversary. Infact company rolled out few additional benefits too during pandemic which was all in all cherry on cake during tough times. Dislikes

EClinicalWorks is still evolving and open to develop or learn current market practice. Lot of TMs have been associated since a decade plus, so growth/ career progression can be planned well in order to recognise their loyalty and performance

It’s pretty awesome if you are able to manage, most of TMs, colleagues or peers understands your priority and things can be managed well with due diligence

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
