This is the best company by founders..Asusually some managers here were very dramatic..cheap politics to getinto superior positions..Managers like Ratnaji Rachuri was awesome staff..they deserve dealing with sub level people and deserve a raise..End of the day, engineers are the ones who go into site and take care of machines. they forget that seperate us and let us not get any benefits from the company...for engineer level, joining here is wastw of time...they dont even arrange a meeting with resigned candidate to know tue reason. Such a pathetic hr he was..he gives 10% hike for engineers who were having 13k salary though they work in most profitable projects..So engineera who work directly dont get any benefits only the useless managers do get...Read More
