Worst ever company I have seen in my life. No management in India. No job security. No policy for employee

Fake policies and commitment to employees. High politics in recruitment in India. Sachin Parkar is giving fake commitments in projects in India. Need immediate action on him so that he could not spoil life of others.

Insecure job when you are working in ECI Telecom. I just worked hard to get appraisal but at last it came with project cessation.

Work Details

I was working for Bharti Airtel customer, who want their network SDH free. So I was just removing SDH boxes from Bharti network and shifting the traffic on packet nodes (ECI NPT) available at same location. Removal of SDH rings and shifting bypass traffic
