You have non medical people as OIC. They are full of bloated ego and will keep threatening you of dire consequences if you don't obey their illegal orders. They are frisky and will call you to discuss in their office alone. Authorities shield them by accusing you on false charges if you complaint. Thankless people.

Dislikes

Non medical OIC ,lack compassion, ignorant about medical records. Work on ego.
