If you are the one who wants to learn this is the right place and great people to work with but you can't give time to anything apart from the job and you have work on comission and it's okay if you love doing business but if you are the person who have to give back home then this is not the right job for you . You can't give time to yourself or your family or friends. And you have to follow certain rules like employees are not friends outside kinda stuff. At some point you see only sales and good thing about this place is growth you see huge growth if you give your heart and soul. And you won't get any sort of leaves they just say they give but no they don't.
