To be honest I really don't like anything about this consultancy. I'll rate 1 out of 5 . I could have given 0 rating but unfortunately 0 is not present.

Dislikes

Everything is kind of dislike. No work life balance No appraisal Growth percentage 0% Ac doesn't work properly Very small area No leaves are given until its very urgent. Pathetic incentive policy which is unachievable! Doesn't know how to speak properly with their employees. Treat employees like a slave Don't even give a single minute to take rest. Very very toxic environment Non friendly colleagues Most importantly they hire Hr recruiter in every 2 - 3 months. PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY. Work Life balance is very good, never ask to stretch the shift - fixed working hours I earn good amount of incentives every month from this company. Seniors are very co-operative, in my emergencies they gave me WFH also. so its a best consultancy to work with.
