Enormous room for growing. Management encourages you to do everything and anything.

Dislikes

Lets talk about the company first. Office space is small. Caferia is located in 11th floor and 85% of the time lifts do not work. E Care is a small (mid size) company and when they pay you 3x to 4x times the fresher they expect you to single handedly do all the work since you are "high costing" to the company. Single handedly meaning - extending you shift working hours to more than 10hrs per day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
