Don't go for this type of companies, If you will choose it you will definitely regret. There is no new learning, No value of employees, No rules and regulations, they do what they want never think for their employees.

Dislikes

Everything, They should change their mentality and firstly remove Shafiq. He is a peon and has a power of MD.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but I learned everything on the job.

There is no job security in this company and we can say depending upon losses , company is running on the basis of hire and fire policy , zero work culture .
