There is lot of micromanagement and work culture is toxic.You won't get confirmation of employment atleast for an year which will not give you benefit of leaves.The worst part is exit of your employment which will make your life hell.HR dept are a big joke and are puppets to the management.They can't take positive criticism and onlymake you cheap when you try to give any feedback during meetings.If you enjoy micromanagement,this is best place for you....Read More
