There are no likes for this company(Indian) whereas Head quarters have best work culture and policies but Indian management is making it worst.

1. They will keep an employee in probation for more than year (no job security) 2. Gender Biased company clearly. If you get married or pregnant or if you have kids they will squeeze your blood till the moment you leave the company yourself 3. HR team in EBSCO is the worst team i have ever seen or heard. 4. The company provides its employees with 13 months of Salary. Great place to work. Provides opportunities to travel abroad and meet International team members. Training is provided in its HQ in the United States for many teams. If you achieve modest targets in the company specified category for two years, exotic vacation is provided. Salaries are great.

This is the worst company I’ve ever seen. HR are the real puppets of management and proper dictatorship is done. If they even don’t like your smile you’re fired. Here management don’t know what humanity is. There is a manager who needs a Life like seriously a big headache and is like proper society aunties and who herself screw her team.
