Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Decent salary for a place like dehradun and trying to grow the corporate culture and use of Salesforce as project management tool.

They need robot not a human being for the company. The most thing of this company I like that their policy always changes day by day. They are not remian stable with single policy and don't faith on employees.

I don't understand their policy that some people has choice to work from home and rest of the team has to work from office only. The company HR especially senior HR they hired to say lie and provide wrong guidance to employees and you can say they can do everything for company's senior manager and CEO. My friends you understood well.
