I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The company's work is to establish links in other author's websites. They will give more and more targets to convince content writers to establish their links. It's a zero skill work. They will give you warning signs even if you achieve 70% , on one fine day they will ask to resign. This is the way the company works. They will recruit people to establish links, once done they will throw you away.

Dislike? There is nothing new to learn. The work cycle just revolves around backlinks. No job security. They know if someone leaves they can hire anyone. No skills development nothing new to lean And the manager is just concern with the backlinks its like if you are dying ! Stop... first submit backlinks then Die...(suggestion - if you want to grow just skip ebizon section - find a good one)

They need robot not a human being for the company. The most thing of this company I like that their policy always changes day by day. They are not remian stable with single policy and don't faith on employees.

I don't understand their policy that some people has choice to work from home and rest of the team has to work from office only.
