There is not much to like but is ok company

Dislikes

Not a great company to work, though the owner is a great guy the middle management is the worst anyone can experience, when they don't need you they would try and give the lamest excuses possible. They never honour commitments which are given. Recently heard even they are struggling to pay salaries.

Too many things to be said, management really not bothered about employees, people driven company anyone at any position can take a decision and if questioned on logic of decision you become target and will be moved out, you are only hired to do as said like a slave else you are in trouble and many more.
