Likes

They wont pressurise to work beyond 9 hours in a day and no disturbances on weekends.

Dislikes

Old tech, bankruptcy, no proper software to work on, very old office furniture, poorly maintained coffee machines, no appraisals.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Team's and managers are always approachable. They are friendly and never give up on you.

Dislikes

Appraisal is low in 18 months once. Products should be updated to set up I dusty standard.

Work Details

It's best but it also depends on your manager how her or she carry the team and understand there value of time but my personal experience is best.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
