Only thing which you can like is the brand name it carries.

Dislikes

A lot of involvement by HR into business functions without having any knowledge about the business. Favour to people who always say yes to bosses and don't even object if the decision is wrong. The salary structure is way unbalanced. A 24 year experience guy has a package of 24 LPA and a 14 year exp guy with zero knowledge of the product and zero idea about process has a package of 60 LPA. Why? Because he is in the known circle of HR from the past company. HR is really involved in too much corruption....Read More

List is too long, in short, the work culture is pathetic, HR is arrogant and corrupt. No Human emotions and empathy. They treat employees like labours. Huge difference between the salaries of the people employed at same level. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
