1.Unethical behaviour of the CEO and colleagues. 2.Unprofessionalism and toxic environment. 3.They pressure the employees to resign by withholding their salaries without even intimating them with any written or verbal communication. 4. At the time of exit formalities they deduct the pay using performance criteria. Employee is blamed with false allegations.
