Good for entry-level and mid-seniority level employment. Moderate work-life balance although it is department-specific. Optimal exposure to inter-organization project handling with contributions from other teams. Very friendly colleagues to have around.

Dislikes

Very little learning opportunity and job satisfaction. Job security is questionable and mass termination during lockdown will answer that best. They are notorious in terms of salary and other compensations. Your work contribution will not get noticed by higher management if you cannot brag about them loudly in discussion sessions and chains of emails. Not suitable for a long-term career if care about learning. P.S. Do not even think of an Analytics or a Data Science career in this organization....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

We can learn in this company as much as we can but remember with learning more responsibilities came to you then there is no work life balance.

Dislikes

In this company hikes not depends on what you did or how much work you did totally depends upon politics. The worst hr team I ever seen there is no clarity about your money. Hikes are not on time and company always wanted to do more work than your office time. Bonds are scam here don't sign any bond with them.
