Nothing at all, company promises,culture etc, everything is in terrible condition.

Dislikes

All they focus about is there sale, no employee benefits, no help from HR, they don't even listen to the problems of their employees. They are not systematic, no one knows what they are doing. Overall a bad organization for growth & work

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
