I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No work life balance. No support from seniors. North region is Pathetic. I am sure both RM and CM are survive due to some good PR with upper management other wise both have done full effort to close all stores nit visiting stores and CM ashish is sitting always at home to take care of his baby so that his wife can go office and same time wanted everything from store even the staff on leave.
