Healthy and co-operative environment. Basically it is a healthcare company, so you can get to learn too many medical terms here. Training program is good.

No job security, at any time employees can get fired from job…at same day no prior intimation…identity card was taken replied don’t come to office tomorrow… working culture is horrible…

One should apply only if he/she is a fresher & is willing to work for 2-3 years on same pay. No increment. No night shift allowances. No job security. Very loose management. No career growth. Nothing new to learn.

It was not that exciting. The work used to get wind up in 3-4 hours many a times.
