Work culture and management both are dispute. And here very serious matter about job security. There is no job security and no body take responsibility of their hireckey.. I should suggest don't work such as company where management is fighting eachother. And employees are suffering from various problems.

I have been working as ABH since 2 years, company is fast growing, job pressure is always there, but policies are good. They have recently started variable pay quarterly, which is providing good payout. Earlier company was working slowly, now company is working fast, so i think growth is going to be there in next 1 year
