Company culture is really good and provides good work-life balance. I like the work nature with great collaboration of peers and counterparts. Medical insurance is very much helpful. Safety is company's utmost priority.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. Promotion period is long. Although company's culture is great, it has become diluted up to some extent because of micro-management in recent past, which may eventually turn multinational firm to Indian firm. It would have been really helpfu l if company provide transportation facility to all the employees. Also, it would have been great if company give opportunity for international travel to new folks instead of repeated folks....Read More

salary/appraisal need to structured on the employee experience basis which should be motivate the employee to work more for the business. otherwise company is very place to work i can recommend people to work here.
