Many people are illiterates so they ready to cheat, jealous, steal your things, make fake reporting, shouting like something , we may lose our respect lots and lots.within the 8 yrs 6000 people get lose their jobs. 5000 peoples are working but "Employee ID" no goes 1100+ .many of them are working without satisfaction.Training is average, training dept.
