The company make us to work 8 hours only unlike IT sectors. They provided salary in a good way.

Lots of politics is going there in my old company. If you are doing your job in a good manner means you can't able to stay there for long. Many people are illiterates so they ready to cheat, jealous, steal your things, make fake reporting, shouting like something , we may lose our respect lots and lots.within the 8 yrs 6000 people get lose their jobs. 5000 peoples are working but "Employee ID" no goes 1100+ .many of them are working without satisfaction.Training is average, training dept. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
