The Principal sir was understanding but he seems helpless because of the management.

Dislikes

Feedback for East West Institute of Pharmacy: No separate bathrooms for teachers.No privacy in staff room. No proper cafeteria. Salary is way too less,btw 10k - 15k per month. They are following 4th pay commission. School teachers are getting better salaries than this. In that salary u are expected to teach Masters and Pharm D students as well. Labs are not well equipped especially for M.Pharm students. Teachers are not appreciated for good work.No motivation to work hard.That's why there are no experienced teachers....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
