This was my first job here and I really liked my colleagues who helped me in becoming so. But I am very disappointed with the management for their firing process. There is no job security even if you have served for 10 years. They need people who work for less salary, they keep removing faculties when they feel they are unable to pay them. A lot of things about faculty should be implemented and improved...Read More
