That was my extreme worst experience what i went through. Not a single star can be deserved. I was posted in Agra as a jr engineer and a kind of job i was in is like doing wrong for myself. (Managers) earning money like doing a fraud, corruption and involving me also to follow the same. The kind of environment i was in was terrible.Within 7 month i left the job and i am very happy to do so rather to be in east india udyog limited. I don’t know how the management it was not even listen to the employee. I was begging for my own money after serving 1 month notice period, lots of mail was sent to hr team even higher authorities to provide me atleast my money my offer letter as well as experience letter and even today i am without the letter to show that i have an experience in east india udyog limited. If needed i can provide you copy of all the details ,emails and correspondence....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
