No work ethics. They conduct a review meeting in the Morning everyday and even the director level persons will abuse in front of all the staff/management. Abusive language is not accepted at all. Worked for only 3 Months only. Very mentally disturbing environment. Approximate 100% staff is engaged in meetings 4-5 meetings/day so youwill be abused 4-5 times a day even if you are working good, they will find excuses to abuse you. Most of the new joiners don't stay there more than 2-3 months....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
