1. Instability 2. Cash crunch 3. Fake promises 4. PLI is a myth (as per CBO & HR head no one has ever received it and they do no provide it to anyone) 5. Top management is a failure and incapable. 6. No product is fully ready but will be asked to sell. 7. Non cooperative cross functional teams. 8. Blocking of merchants payouts and money with no reasons and justifications, employees needs to face this in the market all by itself with zero support from the management. 9. Favouritism is the king and not the hard work here. 10. Uncanny nature of founder 11. No set processes and do not want to as well. 12.
