Its one of the top fraud recruitment agency in Kochin, Dont have any valid documentations, they have looted so many poors peoples money all over India offering abroad jobs in Bahrain, Singapore, Israel etc, CEO Mukesh mohan is the worst guy i have ever met in my entire career.

Nothings is likeable. They are totally a worthless company. They never place candidates because they never interview them for many days. They are vendors for many unknown and unheard companies, which results in total waste of time.

Dislikes

The hard work you put in , you never get paid. As a recruiter many of my shortlisted candidates never got to attend interviews, even though the Client had selected as a good fit., they never interviewed the candidates, and thus I lost many fit candidates who were shortlisted by the clients.

Never compensated for my hard work. 8 of my candidates were short listed by the clients but Ealamiun groups never followed up properly and thus ended in losing the candidates to other clients.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
