Likes

Worst work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and have bad management. Companies have not any policy. They have good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good and on time but growth is slow.
