I am writing this based on my experience with my team and managers only. It might be different from, other teams. I have found the work-life balance pretty good. I work on multiple projects at once and it pays well based on the work and time and effort I put into the project. Managers are helpful in every way and show no issue with leaves. If you are self-learning and upgrading your skills they give the opportunity to change the team to your desire as well....Read More

Dislikes

Not much to learn once you are familiar with the projects and tasks you will be handling, hence you will have to depend on self-learning to upgrade your skills

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
