Top Management, company policies are very good, work culture is also very good on paper.

Dislikes

No chance for growth, we didn't get any training. No travel facility, We don't get allowances or comp off for working on holiday as well as we don't get shift allowances. We have point out these issues with Manger but he don't value our opinions. He abuses many times while asking for your rights.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
