This Company is a start-up, so there are naturally areas they are continually working to improve. Initially, HR processes and team management had some challenges, but these have significantly improved and are now positive. Overall, there are no major dislikes.

Good for opportunities as startup gets to try new things, but office politics so worse that people get laid off just by influence of Senior Manager.

Dislikes

As a startup provides third party employment through counter part in india, i.e Illegal employment norm in INDIA. In deductions of tax you will be treated as freelancer not an employee. No Job security, No Work Satisfaction, No Company Culture, No Skill and Development assistance,
