The Company work culture is not as per industry standards. The HR team doesn't have any role and they don't communicate to employees about Company Policies. In short the Company is driven by promoter and lots of internal politics & lobbying

The Work culture prevailing is too worst and more important lack of proper leadership in the Company. The top management doesn't have necessary skills to compete with industry standards. The Company insists employees & trainees to sign all unnecessary agreements for joining employment.
