No extra time work stress, timely salary,nice working culture ,no office politics.

Job security because newly startup and many states electric vehicles operation not permitted by local government officials.

Worst organisation to work with, all false promises, a company runs only with dictatorship,concerns are not heared out,languages used by the Leaders is unprofessional and misbheavio.ur is a common thing withing the system. No policies defined, and salary slips,insuarance documents and other work related documents not provided by HR,Salaries not paid on time to employees overall a pathetic company to work with. Zero Job security.

Do not respect employees, only dictatorship and no 2 way communication allowed.
