This company is a fraud. This company does not say anything at the time of joining. After joining they have a policy that they give 3rd PIP and give salary on the basis of score. They do not give lead to the employee for doing the work and if he wants to resign himself due to not achieving the target, from there this company asks toachieve the target without leads and does not give salary…. And if the employee shares his lead problem then the company does not focus on it. This company does not listen to the employee. Instead of solving the problem, it starts playing politics with the employee.
